Make Noise: ICWA Directors in South Dakota

The Tribal ICWA (Indian Child Welfare Act) Directors in South Dakota, working with Lakota People's Law Project, prepared a report assessing the facts put forth in Laura Sullivan's NPR expose "Reviewing the Facts: An Assessment of the Accuracy of NPR's 'Native Foster Care: Lost Children, Shattered Families'". In this meeting, they vote to approve it and send it on to the Tribal Councils, and then on to Congress.
